By visiting the Clearfield Forward™ website, purchasing a product, downloading a file, joining an email list, or using any Clearfield Forward™ material, you agree to use the website and products responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.
Purpose of Clearfield Forward™ Products
Clearfield Forward™ provides digital documentation tools for informational, educational, organizational, and recordkeeping purposes only.
The Move Forward File™ products are designed to help users organize their own dates, times, events, contacts, communications, documents, expenses, evidence, follow-ups, notes, and supporting details into a clearer working record.
No Professional Advice
Clearfield Forward™ does not provide legal, financial, medical, therapeutic, investigative, court-preparation, professional, or emergency advice.
Use of the website, products, downloads, resources, or support services does not create an attorney-client, advisor-client, therapist-client, investigator-client, or other professional relationship.
Customers are responsible for deciding how they complete, save, store, share, use, or present their own records.
No Guaranteed Outcome
Clearfield Forward™ does not guarantee any response, refund, correction, approval, decision, resolution, legal result, administrative result, workplace result, account result, health-related result, financial result, service-related result, or other outcome.
The products are designed to support organization and recordkeeping. They do not guarantee that any personal, business, legal, financial, workplace, medical, housing, service-related, administrative, or account-related matter will be resolved.
Digital Products and Delivery
Clearfield Forward™ products are digital products.
The Move Forward File™ products are delivered as downloadable digital files. Each paid Move Forward File™ product includes:
- Editable DOCX file
- User Manual in PDF format
- Completed Example in PDF format
Paid products are currently delivered through Lemon Squeezy, Clearfield Forward™’s checkout and digital-delivery platform. Access may be provided through the purchase-confirmation screen, receipt email, customer order page, or download links associated with the order.
Clearfield Forward™ may use a different checkout, payment, or delivery provider in the future.
File Compatibility
Customers are responsible for making sure they have access to software, apps, or devices that can open and use the included DOCX file, User Manual, and Completed Example.
The User Manual and Completed Example are provided as PDF files and require a compatible PDF reader, browser, or app.
Designed for Long-Term Use
The Move Forward File™ products are one-time digital purchases designed for long-term use.
After download, users may keep a blank master copy, create separate working copies for different situations, and store their files in a location of their choice.
Long-term use depends on the user properly saving, storing, and backing up their own files.
Limited Single-User License
Clearfield Forward™ products are licensed to one purchaser for the purchaser’s personal use and, when the purchaser operates a one-person business, for internal recordkeeping connected to that business.
Customers may create and use separate working copies for their own permitted personal or internal business matters.
A customer may share a completed record containing information they entered when reasonably necessary to communicate, document, or address that matter. However, the blank, original, reusable, or editable Clearfield Forward™ template may not be shared with clients, customers, employees, contractors, assistants, household members, organizations, or any other person.
Clearfield Forward™ products may not be used to prepare or maintain records on behalf of clients or as part of paid services provided to another person or organization.
Customers may not resell, redistribute, upload, publish, give away, sublicense, copy for another person, reproduce for others, repackage, modify for resale, or otherwise commercially exploit any Clearfield Forward™ product.
Intellectual Property
Clearfield Forward™ retains all rights in its original written content, instructions, explanatory text, graphics, design elements, branding, product names, website content, and other protectable materials, except where otherwise stated.
Customers own and control the personal information and original content they enter into their completed working files.
Purchase or download grants only the Limited Single-User License described in these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of any Clearfield Forward™ product or grant permission to copy, extract, imitate, recreate, distribute, publish, sell, promote, or commercially use Clearfield Forward™ branding or protected product materials. The blank, editable, or reusable template remains subject to the sharing and use restrictions stated in these Terms.
Customer Privacy and File Responsibility
The Move Forward File™ is a downloadable digital product. It is not a web-based record system, app, portal, cloud-storage service, or online case-management tool.
Clearfield Forward™ does not store, access, monitor, review, manage, or control the information customers enter into their own working files.
Customers own and control the personal information and original content they enter. Customers are responsible for saving, storing, backing up, securing, printing, emailing, uploading, and deciding whether and how to share their completed files.
When sharing a completed record, customers should use reasonable care, share only the information needed for that purpose, and remove or redact unnecessary sensitive or confidential information when appropriate.
Support Limits
Clearfield Forward™ provides limited customer support related to purchase verification, product access, file delivery, replacement-copy requests from verified purchasers subject to file availability and the Support Policy, and general questions about the product instructions.
Support does not include completing or reviewing customer records, deciding what information should be included, evaluating personal or business situations, advising customers on what action to take, customizing templates, or providing legal, financial, medical, business, compliance, investigative, professional, or emergency services.
The single-user internal business license does not include client-service, staff, team, contractor, or multi-user support. Clearfield Forward™ does not provide assistance with records prepared for or on behalf of another person or organization.
Customers should not send completed files or private, sensitive, confidential, financial, medical, account, identity, or client information through email, contact forms, or support messages. Clearfield Forward™ may request limited order information when necessary to verify a purchase or address a product-delivery issue.
Payments and Third-Party Platforms
Clearfield Forward™ currently uses Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record for checkout, payment processing, applicable transaction administration, receipts, and related purchase functions. Lemon Squeezy also serves as Clearfield Forward™’s current digital-delivery platform for paid products and the Before You Forget Brief.
Transactions processed through Lemon Squeezy may be subject to Lemon Squeezy’s applicable buyer terms, privacy policies, payment requirements, refund and chargeback procedures, and technical rules presented at the time of checkout or delivery. Clearfield Forward™ may use different third-party providers in the future.
Clearfield Forward™ does not control third-party payment authorization decisions, processing delays, outages, account restrictions, platform errors, security procedures, or customer-side technical problems outside Clearfield Forward™’s control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate purchase and contact information and for reviewing their checkout page, order confirmation, receipt, download instructions, and any third-party terms presented with the transaction.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to the Clearfield Forward™ Refund Policy and any applicable procedures or terms of Lemon Squeezy, Clearfield Forward™’s current Merchant of Record.
Because Clearfield Forward™ products are downloadable digital files that may be accessed, saved, copied, or printed after delivery, refund eligibility may be limited once a product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, except where otherwise required by applicable law or stated in the Refund Policy.
Lemon Squeezy may independently process or issue a refund, payment reversal, or chargeback-related adjustment according to its own terms, procedures, payment-network requirements, or legal obligations. Clearfield Forward™ may use a different checkout or payment provider in the future, and that provider’s applicable procedures may apply instead.
Before You Forget Brief
Clearfield Forward™ may offer complimentary digital resources, including the Before You Forget Brief. The Brief is provided as a PDF and remains subject to these Terms, including the Limited Single-User License, Intellectual Property, Customer Privacy and File Responsibility, and Prohibited Use provisions.
Access to the current Before You Forget Brief is provided through Lemon Squeezy’s Lead Magnet checkout. An email address is required to submit the order and receive access to the Brief. Receiving the Brief does not automatically enroll the user in unrelated paid products or subscriptions.
Clearfield Forward™ may update, replace, limit, suspend, or discontinue the Before You Forget Brief at any time. Continued availability, renewed access, replacement copies, technical support, or future updates are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.

Clearfield Forward™ may update, correct, revise, replace, suspend, or remove website content, product descriptions, pricing, policies, features, pages, downloads, free resources, or product availability at any time.
Clearfield Forward™ makes reasonable efforts to keep website information clear, accurate, and current. However, errors, omissions, outdated information, temporary interruptions, or technical issues may occur, and corrections may be made without prior notice.
Website images, screenshots, examples, and descriptions are provided for general informational or illustrative purposes unless otherwise stated. Customers should review the applicable product description, policies, and checkout information before completing a purchase.
Prohibited Use
Customers may not use the Clearfield Forward™ website, products, downloads, content, contact forms, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized purposes.
Customers may not use Clearfield Forward™ products to impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent the source or ownership of a document, or falsely suggest that Clearfield Forward™ has approved, endorsed, reviewed, or prepared a customer’s completed record.
Customers may not interfere with, damage, disable, disrupt, overload, misuse, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Clearfield Forward™ website, files, accounts, systems, security features, or third-party services used by the website.
Customers may not extract, copy, recreate, publish, upload, distribute, or make available the blank, editable, or reusable Clearfield Forward™ template or remove copyright, trademark, license, or ownership notices from any product. Completed records may be shared only as permitted under the Limited Single-User License.
Violation of these Terms may result in termination of the license and refusal of future product access or support, subject to applicable law and any third-party platform requirements.
Changes to These Terms
Clearfield Forward™ may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its products, services, policies, website functions, security practices, legal requirements, or third-party platform requirements.
Updated Terms will be posted on the Clearfield Forward™ website with a revised effective date or “Last Updated” date. Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, changes apply from the posted effective date forward.
For a completed purchase, the version of these Terms in effect at the time of purchase will generally govern that transaction. Continued use of the website or related services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
