Clearfield Forward™ products are delivered as downloadable digital files.
Each paid Move Forward File™ product includes:
- An editable DOCX file
- A User Manual in PDF format
- A Completed Example in PDF format
The editable DOCX file is intended for customers who want to type directly into the file. Dictation may also be used when supported by the customer’s device, software, or word-processing application.
The User Manual provides guidance for using the product, keeping an untouched master copy, creating separate working copies, and reviewing entries for accuracy.
The Completed Example shows how the file may look when used to document a matter from beginning through resolution.
Digital Delivery
After a completed purchase, customers receive access to the included DOCX file, User Manual, and Completed Example through Lemon Squeezy, Clearfield Forward™’s current checkout and digital-delivery platform. Access may be presented through the purchase-confirmation screen, receipt email, customer order page, or download links associated with the order.
Lemon Squeezy also handles payment and transaction administration as Merchant of Record. Clearfield Forward™ may use a different checkout, payment, or delivery provider in the future.
Delivery or access may be delayed by payment review, incorrect purchase information, email filtering, platform outages, security procedures, internet problems, or other technical circumstances outside the control of Clearfield Forward™.
Customers should provide an accurate email address, review their order confirmation and receipt, check spam or junk folders when necessary, and follow the download instructions provided with the purchase.
Customers should download and securely save all purchased files promptly. Download links, order pages, customer accounts, and third-party platform access may change, expire, become unavailable, or be discontinued.
If a verified purchaser does not receive access to the purchased files, the customer should email Clearfield Forward™ and provide only the limited order information needed to investigate the delivery issue:
File Access and Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming before purchase that they have a device, software program, or app capable of downloading, opening, saving, and using the included DOCX file, User Manual, and Completed Example.
The User Manual and Completed Example are provided as PDF files and require a compatible PDF reader, browser, or app.
The editable DOCX file requires compatible word-processing software or an app that supports DOCX files. Editing, formatting, dictation, printing, exporting, and saving functions may vary by device, operating system, software, app, browser, or subscription level.
A file may appear or behave differently when opened in desktop software, a web browser, a phone app, or a tablet app. Clearfield Forward™ does not guarantee identical formatting, appearance, or functionality across every device, program, platform, or app.
Clearfield Forward™ does not provide technical support for a customer’s personal device, software, app, printer, browser, internet connection, email account, cloud storage, dictation tool, or other third-party technology.
Customers experiencing difficulty should review the instructions and support resources supplied by the manufacturer or provider of the device, software, or service they are using.
Designed for Long-Term Use
The Move Forward File™ products are one-time digital purchases licensed for long-term use by the original purchaser, subject to the Limited Single-User License and other applicable Clearfield Forward™ policies.
After downloading the product, customers may keep an untouched master copy and create separate working copies for their own permitted personal matters or internal matters connected to a one-person business.
Long-term use depends on the customer properly downloading, saving, securing, maintaining, and backing up the original product and working files in storage locations the customer controls.
Clearfield Forward™ does not provide permanent cloud storage or guarantee that download links, order pages, replacement copies, prior versions, products, or particular file formats will remain available indefinitely.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for promptly downloading and securely saving all purchased files after delivery.
Customers should keep an untouched master copy of the original product and create a separate working copy for each permitted personal or internal one-person business matter.
Customers are responsible for accurately completing, reviewing, naming, saving, storing, securing, backing up, printing, exporting, and managing their own working files.
Customers are also responsible for protecting their devices, passwords, email accounts, storage locations, cloud accounts, external drives, and any other technology used to access or retain the files.
The blank, original, reusable, or editable Clearfield Forward™ template may not be shared with another person. Customers may share completed records only as permitted under the Limited Single-User License.
Clearfield Forward™ is not responsible for files that are lost, deleted, overwritten, corrupted, damaged, misplaced, exposed, altered, or made inaccessible because of customer action, device failure, software behavior, storage problems, third-party services, or failure to maintain appropriate backups.
Product Updates
Unless otherwise stated on the product page or checkout page, a purchase provides access to the product version and files available at the time of purchase.
Future updates, revised editions, expanded versions, new file formats, additional materials, or new products are not automatically included or guaranteed.
Clearfield Forward™ may correct, revise, replace, update, or discontinue a product or product version at any time. A later version may differ in wording, design, structure, instructions, features, file format, or compatibility.
Customers are responsible for retaining and backing up the product version they purchased. Clearfield Forward™ does not guarantee permanent access to earlier versions, revised versions, download links, or replacement files.
When Clearfield Forward™ voluntarily provides an update or corrected file to prior purchasers, the method, timing, eligibility, and duration of access may be determined by Clearfield Forward™ or the applicable checkout and delivery platform.
Before You Forget Brief
The Clearfield Forward™ Before You Forget Brief is a complimentary digital resource and is not a complete Move Forward File™ product.
The Brief is provided as a PDF intended primarily for viewing, reference, saving, and printing. Available functions may vary depending on the user’s device, browser, PDF reader, or app.
Access to the current Brief is provided through Lemon Squeezy’s Lead Magnet checkout. An email address is required to submit the order and receive access to the Brief. Customers should provide an accurate email address and securely save the downloaded PDF after access is provided.
Receiving the Brief does not automatically enroll the customer in unrelated paid products or subscriptions.
Clearfield Forward™ may update, replace, suspend, limit, or discontinue the Before You Forget Brief at any time. Continued availability, renewed access, replacement copies, technical support, or future updates are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
The Before You Forget Brief remains subject to the Terms of Use and Limited Single-User License. The blank or reusable resource may not be shared, redistributed, uploaded, published, sold, or given away.
