The Move Forward File™ is an organizational documentation tool designed to help users organize information and supporting records. It does not determine the merits of a matter, verify the accuracy of the information entered, or guarantee that any matter will be addressed or resolved.
Customer Responsibility
Users are responsible for how they complete, save, store, back up, print, upload, email, share, use, or present their own records, including any completed files used for permitted personal or internal one-person- business matters.
Users are also responsible for deciding what information to include, how to protect their files, when and with whom to share completed records, and whether to seek help from an appropriate professional, agency, organization, service provider, or emergency resource.
Users are responsible for reviewing all entries and source documents, including names, dates, amounts, account or case numbers, and other details, for accuracy, completeness, and suitability for their intended permitted use.
Customer Privacy
The Move Forward File™ does not automatically upload, transmit, sync, or otherwise provide Clearfield Forward™ with access to information entered into or stored within a completed file.
Clearfield Forward™ cannot view or access files stored on a user’s device or in any private storage location selected by the user.
Clearfield Forward™ does not review, manage, verify, interpret, investigate, organize, monitor, or provide advice regarding customer-completed files.
Completed files remain under the user’s control unless the user independently chooses to upload, email, print, share, or otherwise provide access to them.
Do not send completed files, private records, sensitive documents, or detailed personal or business information by email or in support messages. Clearfield Forward™ does not require access to completed files to provide ordinary product support.
Emergency or Time-Sensitive Matters
Clearfield Forward™ does not provide emergency assistance, crisis services, expedited support, or responses to urgent or time-sensitive personal or business matters.
If a matter involves safety, health concerns, legal, tax, financial, employment, housing, contractual, filing, or other deadlines, contact the appropriate professional, agency, service provider, or emergency resource directly rather than relying on Clearfield Forward™ products or support services.
